Pesticides General Permit: I am Regulated?
The final product TCEQ drafted can found on the link above. 
All of the documents required to comply with the permit can be found at this site. you should print and review the permit.  Also, print and complete the “Self Certification Letter”.  Make a TCEQ “Pesticide General Permit” file and place it near your TDA pesticide records.  If your course will not exceed the thresholds, you will probably fall into level II or III.
